Need some vocabulary-related user actions

Description

  • Subscribe to
    means that the registry should:
    • send me notices (changes, comments, versions)
    • list me as a user
    • give my comments special 'subscriber' status
  • Leave a comment about (should look different from maintainer comments)
  • Save as favorite (display in favorites pane)
  • Bookmark
  • Ask to contribute (please invite me to be a maintainer)

And of course there needs to be a user/admin control panel where all of this can be turned off
